All Sita Fine Jewelry is created to be shipped anywhere. We love to see our pieces being worn around the world!

Shipping Policies

Ready-to-Ship pieces will be shipped within 2-3 business days of the order being placed, unless further sizing is required.

Made-to-Order pieces can take up to 10 business days to be shipped depending on the specifics of the piece.

Custom pieces are subject to longer timelines and will be outlined in your initial consultation.

Shipping Timelines

Within Canada: orders can take up to 7-10 business days to arrive. Opting to upgrade to Expedited Tracked Shipping will guarantee the arrival of your piece between 2-3 business days - location dependent.

Within the USA: US orders take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive after your piece has been shipped. Parcels may be subject to additional duties + taxes upon arrival.

Within the World: Orders shipped internationally can take up to 15 business days or more after we have shipped your piece - please note that delays may occur. Parcels may be subject to additional duties + taxes upon arrival depending on your country’s policies.

**Outside North America limited tracking is available based on your country’s shipping standards. Only pieces over $500 will receive free tracked shipping.***

Please note that these timelines can be subject to change quickly (especially with COVID) and are dependent on the current capacity of the postal carrier.

Expedited Shipping Options

Everything within North America is sent with a complimentary tracking number and insurance if the cost of the piece is over $50 at no extra cost.

Expedited + tracked shipping costs:

Canadian orders: Tracked shipping is free over $50. Expedited shipping is an additional $45.

US Orders: Tracked shipping is free over $50. Expedited shipping is an additional $75.

International Orders: Tracked shipping is free over $500. Expedited priority worldwide shipping is an additional $150.

Lost or Stolen Untracked Parcels

We are a small business and we are so grateful for all our loving and incredible clients that we get to work with. We do our very best to ensure your piece is delivered straight to you, with no damage or hassle on your end, but unfortunately once the piece is out of our hands we have no control over its arrival. Keeping this in mind, our shop is not responsible for lost or stolen untracked parcels that are lost in the mail. To give you peace of mind we recommend choosing expedited shipping at checkout to ensure your Sita jewelry arrives safe and sound.
