Ordering + Payments

At Sita Fine Jewelry we accept all major credit cards, e-transfers, and PayPal as methods of payment. If required, we are happy to set up a payment plan to break the final amount into ⅔ to be paid as individual payments on agreed-upon dates. These layaway payments on custom orders are non-refundable once the initial design fee has been paid and cannot be cancelled after purchase.

For ready-made pieces, we offer Sezzle for items under $2500, and will happily provide layaway for larger items, based on an agreed-upon payment schedule.

Return Policy

Sita Fine currently doesn't offer returns. Check this space if things change in the future.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges-only or store credit on most Sita pieces, except for custom work. Custom pieces are final sale once the payment has been made. All exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees.

If you’re unsatisfied with your piece please contact us within 2 days of receiving it.

Repair Policy

Our jewelry is meant to be worn, but it’s also delicate and we understand that general wear happens. We will cover the costs of tightening and repairing any Sita pieces that have been damaged from regular wear within the first 6 months after the purchase - we simply ask that you cover the costs of shipping. After 6 months additional fees will apply.

If any jewellery is noticeably bent, damaged, or scratched due to improper care we will only repair the piece at cost. If any other jeweler has made any alterations or repairs on your Carli Sita jewelry, our repair warranty will no longer be valid on that piece.

When you purchase a Sita ring we offer one complimentary ring resize to make sure it fits perfectly. We also offer one free cleaning a year on all Sita Fine custom pieces.

To make a repair inquiry please send us an email at hello@sitafinejewelry.com that includes your name, description of the piece, photo of the damage and how it occurred, and a proof of purchase. If your repair meets our qualifications of “regular wear” damage we will ask that you cover the shipping costs to send it back. If it’s within 6 months of the original purchase we will make the repairs for free, otherwise additional fees will be applied based on the damage and specifics of the piece. If the damage is deemed more than “regular wear” within the first 6 months we will repair the piece at cost. Repairs take between 4 to 6 weeks, so please be patient with us - we are a small, but mighty team!

All repairs are subject to shipping fees, taxes and duty fees. We reserved the right to deny any repairs that are not deemed “regular wear” and exchanges for a piece that has been worn and unsellable.
